(1) Rt Hon William, Lord Abergavenny
(2) Thomas Morgan of par St Clodock, husbandman
A sheep cott and 27 acres of land in St Clodock, late in lease to John Pugh and now in the possession of (2).
For the lives of Thomas aged 28, William aged 22 and Elizabeth aged 19, sons and daughter of (2).
Rent 2/6d with 5/- as a heriot with suit of court and a couple of fat capons on Christmas day each year.
