Mannerium de Clothie Hopkin

 

To the baylife of the said manner be      these.

 

These are to require you forthwith to give notice & warning to the severall persons whose names are underwritten & alsoe to all other the tenants & resiants within the precincts of the Leete there that the court Leete & Court Baron for this manor is to be held at the dwelling house of Evan Jones scituate at Urish Hay Common inholder on Tuesday the 25th day of this instant Aprill by ten of the clock in the fore noone of the same day at which time & place the persons whose names are under written & also all other the tenants freesutors & resiants of the said mannor are to make their personol appearance thereto doe & perform such suite & service which by their respective tenures or otherwise they are to the said court or either of them (giving them to witt) if they they sic. or either of them make default they shalbe severally amerced and that you your selfe be there present to make return of this your warrant given under my hand & seale the 14th day of Aprill Anno domini 1730.
