for the lives of Lessee then aged 43 (dead), Wm Watkins (son of Wm Watkins of Llanveynoe) then aged 11 and Elijah Rees (son of John Rees of Bacton, Gent) aged 9 months. - see Court Roll page 231.
Lessee and Wm Watkins both dead. Elijah Rees gone to America many years ago.
Now in pos of Wm Watkins and forms part of the “Green Farm where Wm Watkins resides.
Worth 8/- per acre
Elijah Rees said to be alive.

Now in possession of John Powell and forms part of the “New House” Farm.
Query - Lives- No entry in Harris’s Book of any reserved rent (1/-) or other acknowledgment having been paid. Powell however pays 1/- per ann. Chief Rent.
Query - if it ought to be Reserved Rent. To be served with notice to prove lives.

Brackets - [ ] indicate text struck out or added information. The Field numbers used for primary identification are those used in a survey made before 1800 (see D/1583/208) and predate those of the Tithe surveys of the 1840’s.
