Wee the jurors above named being sworne & impanelled doe upon our oaths say & present that all persons that have been summoned to serve on the jury & that have made default to be in the lord’s mercy and amerre them at 6s 8d per capud (vidlt.) Thomas Lewis, Richard Ball, David Prosser & John Jones Tenants gent not summoned that have made defaults 1s per capud tenants yeom[en] that have made defaults 6d per capud resiants 3d per capud.

 

Item:  wee the said jurors do say and present that Jonet Jones for keep a mare upon the common.

 

Item:   Wee jurors doe present Richard Powell for overe charghing the common

Item:    We present David Prosser, Richard Powell, Jenet Jones,  Richard Williams, Thomas Price, Richard Handley, Daniel Smyth, Constance Thomas, Ann Madox, John Jones, Edith [    ?] as cottagers within this manner & for depastureing on the common not having any right thereto & order that they shall not turn or depasture on the said common on paine of 20s each.

 

Item:   Wee present Thomas Price, Edith Smyth & Thomas David for depasturing on the said common not having any [? ] right thereto & order that they shall not doe soe on paine of 20s each.
