Manners of Clothie Hopkin, Urishay and Tryleshope.

 

To Evan Jones Bayliff of the said maners.

Greeting.

 

These are in his majestie’s name to will and require you forthwith to give due and lawful summons to all and singular the inhabitants tenants and resiants within the said mannors, that they and every of them be and personally appear before me at the dwelling house of Evan Jones in the parish of Michaelchurch within the said mannour upon Wenesday the third day of October next by ten of the clock in the morning at the court Leet of our sovereign lord the king and view of frank pledge and also the court baron of Magdalen Delahay widow Lady of the said mannour then and there to do their suit And you are hereby likewise required to give due and lawful summons to twenty four able freeholders that are tenants within the said mannour that they and every of them be and personally appear before me at the time and place aforesaid at the said court to be sworn and impannelled to enquire for our sovereign lord the king and the lady of the said mannour of all such matters and things as shall be given them in charges and have you then and there the names of the said inhabitants and tenants and resiants jurors and this precept Given under my hand and seal the twenty ninth day of August in the year of our Lord 1738.
