1¹/₂  acres of land, in the possession of Henry Kyte, being part of (1)’s waste on the common of Upper Mescoed (boundaries given).

For lives of (2), clerk, canon of Wells the taker’s son, Frances his wife and Kemp Bridges the taker’s son.

Rent 1/- with 1/- as a heriot and with suit of court.
