For 3 lives from 2 Feb 1749/50 ie Hugh Powell aged 25, son of (2), Thomas Eustance aged 5 and John Eustance aged 3, being 2 sons of Thomas Eustance of par St Margarett’s, carpenter.

Rent 7/8d with 5/- as a heriot and with suit of court.
