(2) Jonathan Evans of the parish of Saint Margarets, co. Hereford, labourer.
LEASE of a cottage, garden and four acres of land on Upper Mescoed, parish of Saint Margarets. Attached is a receipt (April 1 1760) from Jno. Gilbert to Jonathan Evans for the sum of £20, being the fine due for the grant of the above lease.
