Manerium de Wilbrooke ex parte Magdalen Delahay esq.

 

Ad curiam Visus franci plegii cum curia baronis Magdalene Delahay vidue domine manorii predicti tentam apud Peter church apud domum mancional. Thome Draper infra manerium predictum vicesimo septimo die Octobris Anno regni domini Georgii secundi dei gratia nunc Regis Magne Britannie etc. Annoque domini 1732  : Coram Edwardo Williams seneschallo ibidem.

We the jury sworn to enquire for our sovereigne lord the king and the lady of the said mannor. Do present as followeth.

 

Imprimis  We present the several persons hereunder named being tenants within this mannor and having been duly summoned to this court and not appearing (vizt.) George Parry gent. Silvanus Floyd gent., Lewis Powell gent., John Maddocks gent. and Thomas Jones and amerce them to 2s each.

 

Item  We present the want of common pound within this lordship and that there ought to be one made ina convenient place within the lordship at the expence of & charge of the lady of the mannor.
