Whereby (1), (2), and (3) below sell to (4) the Yatt Farm, Newton.

Samuel Thomas of Horsham Co Sussex, Tallow Chandler and Soap Boiler and Sarah his wife.
Melinoth Skinner of Charlewood co. Surrey, clerk and Esther his wife.

Which said Samuel  and Esther are the only surviving children of Timothy Thomas late of Horsham, dissenting minister, dec. Which Timothy was eldest son and heir of Morgan Thomas of Clodock, gent. dec. and brother and heir of Elizabeth Thomas.

David Jones of St. Marys Brecon, clerk. (widower of the said Elizabeth)
Richard Williams of Clodock, yeoman.

Farm where William Pritchard lives in Newton with all land and app. which was purchased by Morgan Thomas from Thomas Jones clerk. conveyed to (4)
