Re lease from Henry, Earl of Abergavenny, to James Lewis of Newton, yeoman, regranted...to James Lewis, only surviving life of the original lease.

Property:  a messuage, garden and 8 pieces of land of 4a2r32p on Lower Mescoed (the Earl’s Common) Newton township, now and for several years in the occupation of James Lewis (boundaries given).  For the lives of James Lewis aged about 56, Anne his wife aged about 41, and James their son aged about 2.
