Recites surrender of a lease dated 1 June 1740, whereby William, Lord Abergavenny now dec’d, demised to (2) the property below, for the lives of (2), Thomas Prichard and Evan Thomas (of whom (2) and (blank) now living).

A messuage with the barn, beasthouse, stable, garden and appurtenances, 2 pieces of meadowland of 7 acres and 7 pieces of pasture called Caya Banals, Worlod Buttur, Lower Caya Banals, Lower Ground and Cadarn, of about 20 acres, all being in par Michael Church Eskley...and in the tenure of Richard Smyth tenant to (2) (boundaries given).

For the lives of (2) aged about 63, Philip Davies the younger, only son of (2), aged about 36, and Daniel Dickins the younger, son of of Daniel Dickins of Leominster, tallow chandler, aged about 20.

Rent 5/- with 5/- as a heriot, 5/- on the alienation of the property and with suit of court.
