Sale Particulars of a portfolio of property including Ty Ycha [Tyuchaf], The Glybes [Glibes] and New House, Michaelchurch Escley to be sold by auction at the Swan Hotel, Hay on 9th January 1852.

 

Ty Ycha comprises a house, building and garden plus 88 acres occupied by Mr Thomas Phillipps.

 

The Glybes comprises a messuage and 69 acres occupied by James Gwynne and William Gwynne. About 22 acres are copyhold. The New House comprises a messuage and 23 acres in the same occupation. The vendors are mortgagees in possession. The debt due is substantially more than current value and they will only sell their mortgage debt.
