Messuage and lands at Pen-y-Park Clifford and at Cefn Bach alias Little Cefn Michaelchurch Escley abuttals specified; 4a of meadow, a close called “Cae yarlak” of 5a, a close of pasture called Wern bach of 3a, a close of meadow called Gwaelod fach, another close called Wern bach of 2.5a, parcels of pasture called “Cae y Yarck” of 7a. All the properties are in Michaelchurch Escley. Abuttals are specified throughout.

No consideration but a clause in which (2) agree to maintain (1) with food lodgings etc.
