Humphrey Thomas esq holds an estate in Trilers Hope within the maner of Trilers Hope and jurisdiction of John Delahay esq payinge yearly to the said John Delahay the summe or rent of 8^s & two feasts in the yeare that is to say at Michaellmas and lady day.

The said Humphrey Thomas hold certaine other lands called Lloyne On within the maner of Clothye Hopkin at the yearly rent or summe of 6^d to be payd as aforesaid.

William Watkin holds a messuage holds a messuage and certain land in Trileis Hope aforesaid at the yearly rent or summe of 12^s to be payd as aforesaid.

John Price gent holds land with a decayd toft or former buildings falled or demolished within the maner of Clothye Hopkin at the yearly rent or summe of 1^s 6^d to be payd as aforesaid.

Mary Lewis widow holds certain lands and a messuage within the said maner of Clothye Hopkin at the yearly rent or summe of 5^s to be payd in maner aforesaid.

Mrs Parry the late wife of John Watkins deceased holds certain lands within the maner of Clothye aforesaid at the yearly rent or summe of 3^s 4^d to be yearly paid as aforesaid.

Thomas Smith holds certain lands within the said manner of Clothye Hopkin scittuate lyinge and being within the parish of Michaell Church Eskley containinge by estimacion 16^ne [ac?] acres at the yearly rent of – 8.

Item the said Thomas Smith holds one messuage or tenement lyinge within the maner of Urishay called Rode Monten at the yearly rent of 3^s - 10^d .

Item the said Thomas Smith holds one messuage  [  ] and certaine lands meadows and pasture lyinge within the maner of Urishay at the yearly rent of 5^s -4^d .

Elizabeth Morgan widow the late wife of Reece Morgan deceased holds one messuage or tenement with certaine lands within the said manner of Clothiey Hopkin at the yearly rent of 1^s -10^d .

Item William Watkins holds the messuage and certaine lands erable meadow pasture and wood grownds in Tryeies Hope heretofore granted by the said Thomas Ury Delahay and Richard hid son & Richard David at the yearly rent of twelve shillings suite of court and [a] heriot at the decease of every tenent dyeinge [?seized] thereof vizt. the second best beast and one co[uple] of capons at Christmas yearly.

Item Thomas Prichard and Katherine his mother holds two messages and certaine lands meadows pasture and wood heretofore granted by the said Thomas Ury Delahay and Richard his son to Howell David John at the yearly rent of seven shillings and ten pence suit of courte a heriot for each messuage upon the decease of every tenente dyeing seized thereof the second beast and two couple of capons at Christmas yearly.

Item Richard Greenow [holds] one messuage or tenement and certaine lands [meadow] and pasture heretofore granted by the said Thomas Ury Delahay and Richard his son at the yearly rent of four shillings suite of court and one heriot at the decease of every tenant dyeinge seized thereof and one couple of capons at Christmas yearly.

Item James Gilbert holds one messuage and certaine lands meadows and pasture being parte of the land heretofore granted by the said Thomas Ury Delahay and Richard his son to Watkin Thomas Morgan and now in the tenure and occupaccion of the said James Gilbert or hiss tenants or assignes payinge yearly the rent or sume of eight pence by equal porccions suite of courte a heriot at the decease of every tenant dyeinge seized thereof and one couple of capons at Christmas yearly.
