A messuage with barn, beasthouse, garden and appurtenances with 12 acres of arable land, 3 acres of meadow land and 11/2  acres of pasture land, all being in the township of Longtown...and in the tenure of Blanch Morgan, widow, tenant of (1) (boundaries given).

For the lives of (2) aged about 29, William Morgan of par Mamhilad co Mon, gent, aged about 28, and George Wortham of Royston co Cambridge, gent, aged about 20.

Rent 4/- pa with 5/- as a heriot and with suit of court.

Witnesses: Thomas White, servant to (1) and Lewis Osborne, servant to Mr Kinsey of Abergavenny.

Endorsed:

5/- on the alienation of the premises.

Note re livery of seisin by Robert Morgan Kinsey, gent. Witnesses John Hutton of Grays Inn, gent, and Philip Price, minister of Walterstone.
