Image of newspaper cutting dated 8 June 1850: to be peremptorily sold pursuant to an order of the High Court of Chancery made in the case of “Cox v. Taylor”, a freehold dwelling house with bakehouse, outbuildings, gardens and orchards, about 3 acres in all, and a freehold water corn grist mill and a water malt mill known as Pentannests Mills [also known as Pentannets Mill, thought to be the property known today as Pontynys Mill], with a machine for dressing clover, situate at Longtown and occupied by Joshua Harris as tenant to the defendant Thomas Taylor.
