This Probate document dated 5^th July 1943 certifies registration in the Principal Probate Registry of the High Court of Justice of the last will and testament of Richard Randolph William Rawson Trafford. It is noted that he was a Lieutenant in the Royal Navy Volunteer Reserve, and died on the 18th day of January 1943 ‘on war service domiciled in England.’ A copy of the will, dated 11th September 1940, is attached, leaving the Michaelchurch Court Estate to his mother, Bettina Maud Capper.
