To be held by Williams on trust for person or persons to be appointed by David and Mary Prosser, and subject to such appointment in trust for Mary Prosser during the joint lives of herself and her husband, remainder to the survivor of them, remainder to person or persons to be appointed by Mary Prosser, remainder to Mary Prosser her heirs and assigns.

Recites admission to above property, 15 Sep 1823, of Henry Morgan of Newton in Clodock, gent, for lives of himself, John Williams aged about 8 years, the son of William Williams of Newton, farmer, by his wife Ann, and John Jones aged about 6 years, son of Samuel Jones of Bacton, Herefordshire, farmer, by wife Sarah.

Also recites deaths of Henry Morgan and of his brother and heir Thomas Morgan (both unmarried and intestate), and that Thomas Morgan's co-heiresses at law are his three sisters, Mary Prosser, Hannah wife of Richard Williams, and Elizabeth wife of Edward Lewis Lillwall of Much Dewchurch, Herefordshire, farmer.

Annual rent 1s 8d. Heriot 5s.
