Enrolment of partition of the lands of the inheritance of Theobald de Verdon, tenant in chief of the late king, held in dower or for life, and of the knights’ fees and advowsons which belonged to Theobald and which were taken into the late king’s hand at his death, between Thomas son and heir of Joan late the wife of Thomas de Fournyvall, eldest daughter of Theobald, Bartholomew de Burgherssh and Elizabeth his wife, second daughter, Mark Husee and Margery his wife, third daughter, and Isabel late the wife of Henry de Ferrariis, fourth daughter, Theobald’s heirs, made with their assent and delivered by their attorneys in chancery, to wit:
