(2) William Harris of township of Crasswall, mason

Consideration:  £35

A cottage or dwelling house occupied by (2) with a garden and 101/2  covers of land, lying on Forrest Hene, late or now in possession of (2) and Abraham Read.

For the lives of (2) aged about 32, William his son aged about 10 and Anne the wife of William Lewis of Crasswall, yeoman, aged about 56.

Rent 5/4d pa with 3/4d as a heriot and with suit of court.

Witnesses: Elfred Staples and Rice Price.

Note made re livery of seisin by John Gilbert, 4 Feb 1765. Witnesses Richard Jones and John Griffiths.

The lease expired 20 Aug 1810 on the death of William Harris the younger; new lease to John Gilbert, fine £100.
