(1) Rt Hon William Lord Abergavenny

(2) William Powell of Craswell, yeoman

A messuage and 20 customary acres in Forrest Heyne in the occupation of (2) (boundary given).

For the lives of William aged 17, John aged 16, and Samuel aged 12, sons of (2).

Rent £3/10/2d for the 1st year and 12/10d pa thereafter  with 8/4d as a heriot with suit of court.

Witnesses: Robert Mathew, John Day and Mary Day

Endorsed (on 3.20):

(a) Livery of seisin by Job Gilbert, 10 June, 1734. Witnesses: Henry Lewis and Henry Prosser.

(b) John Day, steward to (1) licences (2) to assign the lease to Thomas Perrott for £30 (11 June, 1734).

(c) John Gilbert, steward to (1) licences (2) to assign the lease to his son John Powell for the payment of (2)’s debts.
