(1) Rt Hon William, Lord Abergavenny

(2) Thomas Perrott of par St Clodock, tanner

A house, gardens, orchards, and 12 covers of land situate on the old Forrest, now in occupation of (2).

For the lives of (2) aged 50, Elinor aged 18, and Alice aged 4, both being daughters of Thomas Jones late of par Michaelchurch Eskley, carpenter, dec’d.

Rent £2/15/10d (as a fine) and 5/10d pa with 5/- as a heriot and with suit of court.

Witnesses: John Day jr, Job Gilbert and Robert Matthew.

Endorsed:

(a) Job Gilbert for (1) authorises (2) to assign the lease to whom he wishes. 9 April, 1733.

(b) Memo re livery of seisin by Job Gilbert to (2). Witnesses Robert Shaw and William Powell.
