Photocopy of a magazine article headed ‘A fascinating church dedicated to a Martyr King; Kate Williams visits the Vale of Ewias’, source and date unknown. The article refers to Clydawg, fifth century ruler of Ewias, related to Brychan, King of Breconshire, and says that the story of the ‘Saint of Clodock’ and the founding of the church is related in the 12th Century Book of Llandaff. A description of the church and of nearby ‘St Clodock’s Well’ is given.
