A messuage with appurtenances and 9 parcels of land of about 38 acres, in the occupation of Jane Powell, widow, and in par Clodock (boundaries given).

For lives of Phillip, Blanch and Joane, the son and daughers of (2) by Elizabeth his wife.

Rent 3/6d with 2 capons with suit of court.

a) ‘Memo: ‘The original is not produced. All the lives in being’. (21 June 1718)

b) ‘What land is this? It is stated to be in Clodock which is wrong’.
