Recites grant of copyhold tenure of 18 Jan 1759, to William Perkins and Elizabeth, his wife, of a dwelling-house and 11.5 (Welsh) acres of customary land in par. Clodock and manor of Ewyas Lacy for the lives of Susannah Perkins, wid., the said William Perkins, then aged about 43 and Martha Morgan, then aged about 2, daughter of John Morgan, then of the Comb, par of Doore, co Hereford, yeoman, at a yearly rent of 2s 10½d and with a heriot of the second best beast and with suit of court; surrender of the said premises by the said William and Elizabeth in writing dated 5 Dec 1776 for a regranting to John Morgan and Richard Morgan of par Doore, co Hereford, yeomen, for the natural lives of the said William Perkins and the said Martha Morgan and for the rent and services aforesaid.

The regrant accordingly carried out for a heriot of £2 0s 0d
